Casa Akasha is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the jungle, it offers privacy and tranquility, whilst being only a short drive down to the white sand beaches of Playa Carmen and Santa Teresa. The property has three separate houses. Entering the property via the river-stone driveway, you are immediately met with the beautifully-designed facade of the three-bedroom main house. The large teak front door is set within a front of glass panels that stretch from floor to ceiling, allowing visitors to get a glimpse of the beautiful views from within. The open-plan kitchen and living area is spacious and bright, benefiting from the natural light that enters the tall glass windows. The fully equipped kitchen, including an island/breakfast bar, is perfect for cooking family dinners. Accordion glass doors lead out to a large teak deck, and infinity salt-water pool, which are surrounded by lush tropical garden. The views from here are beautiful - surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the lush jungle and ocean views. The first guest bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is on the first floor. Floating teak stairs lead to the second floor of the house - where there is a large balcony, including two house nets, from which to enjoy the view. Each bedroom on the second floor has an ensuite bathroom, and its own balcony space from which to lounge and watch the sunset. The bathroom of the master offers the luxurious touch of a jungle and ocean-view bath tub. The second house is a short walk through the gardens. This house also has two floors, and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The third unit on the property is a picturesque studio apartment, with a kitchenette. This unit could be used for guest lodging, or could be transformed into a home office or gym. All of the houses enjoy gorgeous views of the jungle and the ocean. All three houses are connected to a water treatment plant, which after treating the water allows this to be used for irrigation of the garden during the summer. There is high-speed fiber-optic internet throughout, with Starlink as a back-up - which is ideal for those that need a stable connection in order to work from home. The property has a water connection with the San Isidro ASADA. This property allows for flexible use - it could be enjoyed as a beautiful family compound, or each of the houses could be rented individually.
