Santa Teresa has 3 types of raw land available. First, there are prime beachfront properties which are granted in concession by the government and designated for either residential or commercial development. Second, there are prepared building lots in the 500-1000 m2 range (5000 to 10,000 sq. ft.), walking distance to the beach for single family homes. Third, there are larger view parcels in the hills of approximately 5000 m2 (1.2 Acres) on which you can build a large single-family home.
