There is currently one HOA association in Playa Hermosa with 5000m2 (1.2 Acre.) residential lots. Each owner builds their own custom home with some shared amenities, such as water, power and roads. The only existing community is geared towards year-round residents who live in town, own businesses and whose children attend the Hermosa Valley School.
There are currently no true Condominium communities in Playa Hermosa, although there are two projects in the very early planning stages. We will update potential buyers as these projects develop.
